Helps people understand their place in society and provides a program for social and political action. It explains and passes judgements on historical events. It identifies political right and what is politicaly wrong. It maps the connections beween politics and inner spears. An ideology attempts to make sense of the world. We are bombarded with information which ideology is like a filter. 4. origin of society: where did society come from. 5. view of change: is it change something good bad pursued changed. 7. highest politican value: what value should we maximize. Conservatism: behavior morality tradition divinity, reason and enlighten self interest, we are flawed and we are imperfect and we cannot be perfect. Our place in life is scribed to us. We believe we are more than what we are born to. We are cooperative: we should look at the clan. Socialism community and social class: society is a organic thing. We are connected to each other meaningfully .
