Race is not a simple social construct- but as a lived experiences has real negative effects. Human biological diversity does not map along what we conventially think of as race. 30000 genes un our dna are inherited independent from one another. Racial definition & boundaries change over time & place. Physical anthropologists classified races based on physical characteristics- nonsense. No such thing as distinct racial categories according to science. No scientific proof about racial categories- it does(cid:374)"t (cid:373)ea(cid:374) the(cid:455) do (cid:374)ot e(cid:454)ist. They are social meaningful & have a strong impact. But since traits are independent, they cannot be categorised. Traits occur randomly in all types of people. Trying to divide traits is not possible b/c it occurs randomly in all types of people.
