When an explanation is testable, we can see whether the explanation is right or wrong: what is a good way to get your kids to smoke. Tobacco companies are: in business of making money, in need of replacing the people who die from their product. Can you see, hear, taste, smell, or touch it: some concepts can be measured with your senses. Some can only be measured using indicators of concepts (depression)
