Religion of the Incas
The Inca had a polytheistic religion that believed that the gods occupied three
realms[1] :
hanan pacha, the celestial realm in the sky.
ukhu pacha, the inner earth realm.
kay pacha, the outer earth realm, where humans live
Their deities included:
•Viracocha: creator of humanity and everything else in the world[2]
•Inti: sun god
•Illapa: weather, rain, and lightning[3]
•Kilyamama: Mother Moon
•Pachamama: Earth mother and goddess of fertility
