Secondary - more readable summaries of primary sources (ex: law journals) It"s okay for you to use it to your advantage "loophole" Corporations - probably brings up ethical issue. Flexibility - balances the certainty, creates exceptions, able to change it. People won"t follow if it"s unreasonable, but reasonableness is subjective. Everything not in the constitution goes to state. Jury in a criminal case needs to be 95-97% certain. Civil court is only about money, not jail. Criminal court you need more burden of proof. Civil court you just need 51% certainty. Gov related law is public and always criminal. If there"s a similar case in different districts with conflicting results, and one person appeals: Structure and precedent to come to conclusions and reach justice. Legal issue - soldano shot and killed at bar, o"daniels owned hotel across the street.
