Notations dr. pentz put on the board: medicate if necessary, lamaze doesn"t mean you have to have a natural childbirth; medicate yourself if you need it, pain how"s the placenta, during childbirth, immense pain. She had a long labor that didn"t open up large enough fast enough. They were worried about infection so they did a c-section. They used to medicate the mothers/knock them out during this difficult process. They missed-out on extremely intense bonding moment but that has changed. Mothers have the option to reduce the pain from their lower back down, but still be coherent: don"t touch me tell her that you love her, this is robert and his wife talking. Robert was asked during a lamaze session what he would do if she rejected contact; tell her that you love her. from the get-go robert was there for her.
