Vow to ght war to the knife . Grand army of napoleon begins march into russia. Give more power to the middle class. Metternich is against taking away authority from royalty. Metternich is the head of the austro-hungarian empire. Sounds like independence & revolution to metternich. Need to be put down so they don"t ght against authority. France will feel compelled to ght back.
