This names implicit and tactic presuppositions in the field in general, not just by editors and reporters. A good news story is made up of things evident for jorunalists. While you might need some time to experience a good story before it becomes a recognizably good story, it"s a practice of journalism that comes eventually. Routinization journalists use different categories and types of news to lessen the contingency of news work and stories. It is a category that related to soft news and symbolizes a certain aspect of journalism. These different classifications are vision principles shared by jorunalists.
