The effectiveness of this group greatly depends on the situation and the goals of the group. Virtual teams: computer technology ties dispersed team together, special challenges, less social rapport, more task-oriented, members less satisfied, as discussed better if teams can meet face to face at some point in the process. This type of team uses computer technology to bring people together to achieve a common goal.
