Iv: pay for the whole thing and then reimbursed, deductible: accumulate, kicks in after, until you hit deductible, fixed copayment, reduces demand, pay everytime, will restrict necessary visits, coinsurance: pay a percent. Illness oriented healthcare: sentimental women need not apply, community and population, accreditation, not for profit, verification, medicare rules, money for the plan if you are accredited.
