Strongly-recommended textbook, introduction to linear algebra, 5th edition, by gilbert strang. Keep a log of what you have studied and need to study. Topics: basics of linear algebraic thinking and graphs. Contains a microlens on top and a photodiode underneath. Gets color spatial distribution by using an array of light detectors, each under a color lter. Focus/exposure control -> preprocessing -> white-balancing -> demosaic -> color transform -> post-processing -> compression (jpeg, mpeg)
