Siwu is a han chinese dietary herbal remedy, a classic prescription used by traditional chinese. Doctors to enrich and nourish the blood, composed of four herbs: foxglove, angelica root, shao liquor and chuanxiong. Siwu is a traditional chinese medicinal prescription that was handed down from its earliest appearance the secret recipe of treating injuries, granted by the immortal gods , written by the lin taoist of the tang dynasty in china. Nowadays, siwu is applied more widely in the form of a mixture of four chinese medicinal herbs: rehmannia, white peony root, angelica root and chuanxiong. Generally, it has the effect of enriching blood to regulate menstruation and can reduce women"s menstrual pain. Shortly after i turned twelve and began menstruating, i started to experience episodes of sudden fainting. I was told that i was mildly anaemic by my doctor and that in time the fainting will pass.
