Every cluster of sufism includes the ethics of patience. The first departure of ethical paradigm is the concept of patience. The second ethical principle is contentment (to be content with what was apportioned for you) Be content with where you are and taking that contentment as the departing point to improve yourself without making a claim for yourself. Claiming for yourself in relations to attainment or progression=sign of discontentment. Contentment: never using the term i (i did this, i made this, etc) The third principle is the ethics of gratitude: to recognize the source of the grace that you have since it"s the way to the giver (god) Whoever did not show gratitude to people did not show gratitude to god. God makes the means of people to provide you to whatever benefit or grace that you have actually attained. Ex: the grace of having a good name. Modesty is one of the first grades of people of distinction.
