Against ratification of constitution because there were no bill of rights. Basically they were like slaves are of a person . Slaves r property so just why don"t we include our chickens and cows then! Certain # of people hav to be there in order to vote. Whips are basically the cheerleaders of the gov. Constitution is the law of the land.
