Problems with health insurance better service from car insurance companies than health care companies car insurance: more expedient, better service. Americans have health insurance through their employers not the actual customer there is a choice between programs. Costs higher than lifetime premiums the cost of health insurance for ill people are higher than lifetime premiums and health insurance is not going want this kind of customer.
