Guerilla warfare- very successful method of warfare, but very strong political support is needed (like in the american revolution: when people don"t have enough support, they resort to terrorism. Terror bombing- bombs are used on civilians to terrify the people: first used by germany, then by the usa and britain, attempted to use this against vietnam but it was unsuccessful. The last time to government had unlimited surveillance they used it on martin luther.
