Background as artist, new role of photography. Avenue de l opera (cid:271)road thoroughfare leads to the spe(cid:272)ta(cid:272)ular opera. Encounters a series of different and increasingly dramatic views. Jean baptiste carpeaux: the dance: composition, instrumental music, lyric drama, dance dynamic, exciting. Young male nude waving tambourine, surrounded by an adoring entourage of nude women. Hardly representative of the stylized, operatic ballets that were performed inside the building.
