Effect: all the people in finance and working in finance and same in marketing - don"t appreciate the challenge of the others. Our ability to control people is less. People on outside of organization might have more info than at the headquarters. Challenge - might not be able to do job because you"re not equipped so it creates stress. Forced us to look at networks in integrated way like ecosystems. Analytical skills - see patterns and trends to make decisions. Conceptual - think about ways that things come together - everything is changing. Human relations -being able to work with people. Easier to be told what to do.
