Zahedi and company are still against them. Ambassador henderson told that new govt would come to power. Describes influence as fairly limited in late 1940s. The tensions and such led us policy makers to become increasingly concerned about iran (so patronizing lol) (article maintains that no one wanted to undermine their government)
