Spend considerable amount of itme in front of tv, watching. Like a religion in a sense, domination of visual arts and television. Maybe why people are so concerned by hollywood dominance. What an american industry and way of life in these films . Worry about the state of their own society. Turns out, people don"t need to worry as much about that as they do. Definitely more individualism that"s appealing, but almost every art farm is adapted in some way to accomadate local cultures. If hollywood wants to succeed globally, it has to change it"s own offerings (the office) Bigger change is when entire art farm migrates from society to society. Novelists describe things that happen in relatively egalitarian societies where people compete. Out of newly national society (england) comes new art form - novel. Most interesting writers right now are from southeast asia. Art forms do move and become adopted. Bollywood makes twice amount of film"s that hollywood makes.
