Paying attention to the smallest things, they make the experience of living in a city. Process of urbanization we have to generate the conditions so that flow of people into cities happens in a good way. Families take care of some parts of construction. Talk with families to make a personalized design, based on their necessities. Solve traffic jams the more infrastructure, the more cars go out. Started investing in people: parks, libraries, public transportation system. Raise the bus image, to make it sophisticated. Now people can travel fast from one extreme of the city to the other. Pedestrian an bicycle only street increase social status of bicycle use. Chose respect for human dignity, prioritized bicycles over cars. Thinking also about problems and impact when designing. People come forward to address issues, not just design for aesthetic purpose. Understand the context of building the people that are going to be influenced.
