My definition of health: the quality of mental, physical, dietary, emotional, and intangible wellness which is experienced by an individual. What are some factors in your life which have influenced definition: my upbringing as well as my exposure to social and cultural norms in my environment. People who affect my health decisions: my family, friends, coaches. What is your best health behavior: workout habits, and intrinsic motivation in them. What is a health behavior you want to improve: have a better diet. There is a lot of confusion around health, and especially longevity. You can try really hard and live to be 100. This is strength when able to have children. There is too much which can go wrong. We inevitably break down, and our bodies are programmed to live about 90 years.
