Soviets care not for profits but for power. Maintain hold on eastern european countries it liberated . Stalin doesn"t trust own generals as he begins to purge the more successful ones. Orginal plan- turn it to like before reforms. Maintain balance of power or gain greater power. Still liberal but see it as realism as wolrd is at anarchy.
