External iliac at inguinal ligament (junction between abdomen and thigh) crosses ligament, renamed femoral artery mm brr (muscular branches) take care of anterior thigh. Femoral artery profunda femoris takes care of posterior/medial thigh (deep) Femoral artery passes through adductor hiatus renamed popliteal artery genicular aa branches.
