Actin: myosin interaction near the trailing edge squeezes the cytoplasm forward . Cytoplasmic streaming: myosin motors, attached to organelles, gently stream along the parallel actin fibers. Intermediate filaments: medium- sized , solid cables composed of keratin protein.
