Humans have a role in the invention of technological systems. Kme= socio-technical system technology became intertwined with the social setting of those situations. Protological system determines who gets to edit, who gets to change people edits what"s acceptable as the wiki item? (cid:498)without the implementation of this strict hierarchical content experiment(cid:499) Hierarchy is necessary management system, wiki would most likely have become a chaotic. Use of published sources (no original research) = not your own research. Objective neutrality = has to be without bias. Wikipedia illustrates protocological control- stems from technical infrastructure and human contributions. Categories of wikipedians (cid:498)bot(cid:499) has more authority and permission than any normal person. Socio-technical system= idea of power, permission and authority these are all social factors. Robots seem to have more of these than any of us.
