Format: 4 essay questions (all weighed equally, 25 points each, no extra credit, no ids. Answer all 4 questions using only material from this course. For each question, you are expected to write an answer that is no more than 4 pages long (double space, 1 inch margins, 12 font size) You may use any coherent and systematic method for referencing readings and lecture content (this references cited section will not count against the 4 page limit for each answer) Last lecture implied that if more money was given to aid poor countries, we could solve world poverty. No, money is not always the solution. But this is, in and of itself, a big controversy. And could be applied to all sorts of issues of inequality.
