Personal property: all other items, which are basically movable (cash, stocks, furniture) Trespass to land: entry onto, above or below the surface of land owned by another without the owner"s permission or legal authorization. Damages: trespasser is liable for any damage caused to the property and cannot hold the owner liable for injuries sustained on the premises. Attractive nuisance doctrine: a landowner may be held liable for injuries to children trespassing on the land if the injury is caused by an object on the land that is likely to attract children. Trespass to personal property: wrongfully taking or harming the personal property of another or otherwise interfering with the lawful owner"s possession of personal property.
