Have a legal status within the new country; once you have this legal. Status, under international law it is illegal for the country to send you back; you"re in a safe zone once this status is obtained. However, migrants of any other kind can be sent out of a country at any time. Countries are hesitant to give out this legal status as it allows the refugees access to education, work, health care, etc. (which is costly for host country)
