Masculine vs. feminine is a natural concept. Men"s" behaviours and mentality are specific to men; same goes for women. Anatomically, these differences characterize humans as a (sexually) dimorphic species. Sociocultural anthropologists focus on the categories of males and females. The meaning of these categories (what is male and female?) The roles they play in society (what do males and females do?) Living as a man or woman varies differently (in almost every way) in different cultures and societies.
