The wheezing is gone and lung sounds are clear bilaterally. The diminished lung sounds are his baseline from what we initially assessed when mr. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or copd is a collection of lung diseases that make breathing much more difficult than a healthy person"s lungs.
