They base 100% of the division of assets at the person who has majority of fault, so they give assets to person who had less fault. Some states have either no fault or some sort of element of fault. Desertion: must be willful, against the person"s interest and for a period of time. Recrimination: both sides are claiming that the other is at fault ( you cheated, no you cheated ) Provocation: i didn"t want to cheat, you made me do it! .
