Climate change is discussed predominantly on the west coast, more liberal states, north east, big cities, and college towns. The cartographer is choosing what to put on and what to leave off the map. Climate describes the projected temperature over a long period of time. Weather describes the projected temperature for a certain day. The official board of all things climate change is the ipcc.
