Clinical signs of cirrhosis: (something you can see: jaundice, feminization (hypogonadism, muscle tremors, altered breath, neurological disturbances, ascites, muscle wasting, portal hypertension. Practicing okinawa guiding principles: active lifestyle, 7 servings of veggies daily, determines caloric density of each meal, eats until 80% full (hari hachi bu) The okinawa diet consumes 300% more fruits and veggies than japan, 10-20% fewer calories, sweet potatoes as staple food, diet is mostly plant passed.
