The right on which people are most split is abortion. Once a right is established, people stop asking if the right should actually be supported. Constitutions help to establish order: constitutions resolve problems prior to the contracting. The structures of constitutions and contracts are different. Even though the u. s. constitution did not cater to women or slaves, it still worked because it helped to coordinate urban and agrarian interests, which were the two main interests at the time.
