Environmental factors influence populations of disease agents and vectors. Worldwide cause 1/4th of human deaths, especially in poor or. Consequences of where people live, their occupations, and their lifestyle choices. Urban lifestyles for example increases risk of being injured in automobile accident. Lifestyle choices: affect individual"s exposure to hazards, choice is always relevant. Some effects of a hazard are immediate, others are delayed. Most population (50%+) in urban centers and even more so over time.
