Someone who is prepared to do so. Fact witnesses can only answer to what they have seen. Developed by stan brodsky - maxum expert witnesses. Know your stuff, review the literature 5 studies deep, use psychological tests that are the most recent edition. Where you sit, who you look at, how you alter your voice. Both important in being as effective as you can be. Stylistic - constantly interrupts themselves, but knows is highly intelligent in their field weak in how they present and weak in how much they know. People who offend have the deck stacked against them. Think of the world that there is a lot of free will. People decide to do the wrong thing.
