What was the relationship between the slavery and the birth of racism: racism was the justi cation for slavery. The colonization of different countries also played a role in that the colonies were inferior to the colonizers and by having the white man"s burden"s they took on. The idea of that the colonizers were better and needed the colonies to be the inferior"s slaves. What is social class: people being able to be divided by their economic wealth, sexuality, gender, nationality, lineage and etc, the difference in people"s opportunities. Class location: what is class location: where are you in relation to another person"s status, someone"s place in class structure. Ex: wife, husband, middle class, lower class, etc. Class consciousness: what is consciousness: being able to recognize your own social class.
