Galileo solved all 3 problems and proved that kepler"s ideas were correct. Came up with experiments that proved that an object remains in motion unless a force acts to stop it. The idea of heavenly perfection was disproved by supernovas, the moon"s craters and sunspots which proved that the heavens were flawed. Galileo proved that the distance between the stars and the planets were much larger than previously believed (did not strictly prove that stellar parallax was a phenomenon) The final coffins in the geocentric model were the observations that 4 moons clearly orbited jupiter and that venus goes through phases.
