Located everywhere space is for blood vessels & nerves to pass through going to other types of tissues in other parts of your body (under epithelium tissue) vascularized ground substance. Function is that is surrounds & protects organs loosely binds epithelia to deeper tissue, provides nerve & blood vessel packing. Fibroblasts reconstruct area in inflammatory response.
