Anxiety makes you panic and think of the negatives before even thinking through about it. They are overactive cognitive worrying and anxiety and low problem solving. Unqueued panic and never really a response to any danger it"s just random for no reason. Anxiety, worry, and distress about having another attack. Agoraphobia is greek for fear of the open market. Fear and avoidance of public areas because public places will most likely. Unpredictable and very impairing on one"s life. Could be so bad the patient won"t even leave their house. Onset is very abrupt (usually begins between ages 25-29) Avoidance of feelings in their own body because it could be similar to panic attack symptoms. Can be a way to bring on a panic attack. Randomly woken up to a panic attack. Extreme and irrational fears of specific objects or situations. Could be unreasonable fears, but still are very afraid. Goes to great lengths to avoid phobic objects.
