Forget the distance and uncertainty of environmental challenges and act on values u process. Break from daily doom report (aka bad environmental news) Destroying the environment with our old bad habits (like building golf courses in desert) Making things worse with our new good habits (embracing corn based ethanol which actually helps global food crisis and deforestation) Were too late- we can sell our cars and shit but it wont help. One day break no news about environmental groups, stories about frogs and salmon, water shortages, chemicals, polar bears, carbon footprints, icebergs etc. Eco-angst- the moment a new bit of unpleasant ecological information about some product or other plunges us into a moment or more of despair at the planet"s condition and the fragility of our place on it.
