Difference between tasks among the ws children is similar to that of the normally developing 3-4 y/olds. Ws may be viewed as normal division of labor between the two streams combined with an immaturity of the dorsal stream. Ws adults are similar to the ws children and normally developing 3-4 y. o. The ws impairment is consistent with development of dorsal stream. Difference in performance between tasks was greater for 3-4 y/o than the older group of normally developing individuals.
