Cell Membrane
Controls what enters and leaves the cell.
Cell Wall
Rigid outer layer of a plant cell.
Centriole
Made of micro tubules that function during cell division.
Cilia
Numerous projections that look like hairs.
Cytoplasm
Semi fluid material where organelles are found.
Chloroplast
Captures energy from the sunlight and uses it to produce food in plant cells.
Endoplasmic Reticulum
Has passageways that carry proteins and other materials from one part of the cell to
another.
Flagella
Basically the same thing as cilia, but longer and less numerous.
Golgi Apparatus
Receives proteins and materials from the ER, packages them, and distributes them.
