Some mothers experience swelling, bleeding, or cracking of nipples: lots of pressure to breast feed lactation specialist, conflict between sexual nature of breasts and sustaining (milk producing) nature of breasts. Can be stressful and confusing: meant to be enjoyable differs for everyone based on different comfort levels. Formula feeding: adequate substitute but is not the best option. Creeping: first real forward progression = stomach dragged on floor. Progression towards walking = person giving baby support can lean forward with baby and the child will naturally stick foot out forward. Pincer grasp: forefinger (or any finger) to thumb.
