Outcomes: 14347$ war declarations, rome keeps all of spain, carthage has to get rid of its fleet, scipio africanus. Cato the elder: politician, censor, older, carthage must be destroyed. Numidians: roman allies, carthaginian protaganists, siege of carthage.
