Individuals anchor immigrants who are already citizens here are allowed to bring their immediate family over here from another country. Preferential treatment, they would be first in line for a visa: 290,000 limit a year no more than 20,000 per country. The exceptions in the quota act are no longer. Our neighbors were allowed to be excluded from quota, now only. Happened once 1965 inclusion of neighbors in 20,000. Official visa: only 20,000 allowed per year. Anyone can apply for it, men women and children: official documentation that allows someone to enter into another country, we have about 66,000 different visas in the us.
