We believe that americans can handle alcohol but indians can"t handle it, African americans can"t handle it, and irish and germans cant. Begins in 1830s, becomes more powerful as more immigrants come in. Stayed here for 12 years and then got rid of. About limiting their culture so they assimilate into our culture.
