Very much focused on positivity: acceptance and commitment therapy. Key concept in treatment of mood disorders: maladaptive cognitions. Treatment of anxiety disorders: key concept in treatment of anxiety disorders: exposure, example: the more you go into the same haunted house over and over, the less scary it becomes. Treatment of behavior disorders: behavior modification, modeling, parent training, key concept: behavior reinforcement.
