Document Summary

Just because you are not happy with the tribunal"s decision does not mean you have the right to appeal. Consider whether jr is even available (continued) Order from the superior court compelling an inferior tribunal or other statutory delegate to render up all of the record of its proceedings to permit the superior court to determine the lawfulness thereof. Command by a superior court compelling an inferior body to fulfill a statutory duty delegated to it. This generally cannot compel an inferior body to exercise its discretion in a particular way. Similar to certiorari except that the order occurs prior to the final conclusion of the proceedings of the inferior body, and prohibits it from proceedings in a manner which would take it outside its jurisdiction. Compels the respondent"s to bring the person of the application before the superior court in order to permit the court to determine the lawfulness of the respondent"s detention of the applicant.
